TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All bookings will be secured upon payment of a deposit of 50% which is non-refundable.
- The balance of the tariff is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.
- A bond of $250 will be taken at the time of booking and will be held and used in the event that costs are incurred by the owner in remedying damage or unusual abuse of the property where the guest has not agreed to make good the damage or abuse.
- Gecko’s Rest reserves the right to cancel a booking, with full refund, in unforeseen circumstances.
